Free up your joints and release long-held tension in this gentle and free-flowing sequence. Break free of the idea that yoga is about forcing positions in order to become more flexible and experience softness in your joints and length in your spine, hips, neck, and shoulders.
This practice is made up of all standing postures, but some postures can be adapted to seated postures either on the floor or in a chair.
