Let go of judgment, criticism, and self-doubt and learn how to trust your body's wisdom, move like water, and feel free again. These sequences link breath to movement and give you the opportunity to gain strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Modifications are offered and you are always encouraged to do your own thing!
